With more than 15 years of nursing experience, Molly has built a meaningful career rooted in long-term care. Today, she serves as the Director of Nursing at Hallmark Care Center, where her leadership is guided by deep clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and an unwavering commitment to resident-centered care.

Molly’s journey began after graduating from Iowa Lakes Community College, where she set her sights on a profession that would allow her to serve others with purpose and compassion. Over the years, she has held a variety of impactful roles—including Assistant Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, and Patient Care Coordinator—each one shaping her comprehensive understanding of both resident care and team collaboration.

Specializing in hospice and dementia care, Molly is known for fostering a culture of empathy and accountability. She believes in empowering her team through open communication and shared goals, ensuring every staff member feels valued and equipped to deliver the highest standard of care. Her dedication to creating a supportive, family-like environment is just one reason she feels at home at Hallmark.

Kaylee’s journey with Hallmark Care Center and Cherry Ridge Independent & Assisted Living care communities spans over six years, marked by dedication, growth, and a deep commitment to resident well-being. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Technician, she quickly stood out for her compassion, reliability, and natural leadership—qualities that propelled her into her current role as Assisted Living Manager at Cherry Ridge.

Known for her hands-on approach and genuine connection with both residents and staff, Kaylee fosters an environment where empathy and teamwork thrive.
